2023年8月24日 · I am trying to setup my new HP LAPTOP and it asked to create Windows 11 - Hello PIN, I didn't want to have the pin but there was no option to skip it. Then after the setup the Laptop started up and I went to SETTINGS> ACCOUNTS> SIGN-IN OPTIONS> WINDOWS HELLO PIN> REMOVE. Unchecked the Use Windows Hello for login option. Restarted the laptop.

3. Select Windows Hello PIN > Change and then follow the instructions. You will need to know and enter your old PIN in order to change to a new one. I hope it helps! Let me know the results. 2020年7月11日 · If you are looking to lock apps (or websites) for one of your family member’s user account, you can use Windows 10’s parental control feature to do that. There is no inbuilt fully feature like this within the Windows.

I want to use only my Windows Account password, no PIN, no face recgonition, but the login still asking me to create a face "Hello, and if I choose to skip it, Win 11 ask me to create a PIN, so I close that window and I can finilly login, but on next login, everthing comes back.

On my W10 laptop, without having a log in, I can reset my WHFB PIN from lock screen with the "I forget my pin ..." option --> When I click on the option, it asks for my password - Then for mfa check and then I can define a new PIN.

After dismissing it, the logon screen shows my name, my Microsoft account with my picture and a message "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again." There is an option to click on for Set up my PIN.
