On a hit, you afflict the creature with a disease of your choice from any of the ones described below. At the end of each of the target's turns, it must make a Constitution saving throw. After failing three of these saving throws, the disease's effects last for the duration, and the creature stops making these saves.

2022年1月16日 · Leprous Ceratocystis is a rare communicable fungal infection which can affect only creatures with fey ancestry. Spread of the disease begins at the feet and moves upward. The fungus travels through and builds up in blood vessels, eventually causing blockages. These blockages lead to necrosis and spontaneous limb amputation, and eventually death.

Diseases can affect any creature, and a given illness might or might not pass from one race or kind of creature to another. A plague might affect only constructs or undead, or sweep through a halfling neighborhood but leave other races untouched. What matters is the story you want to tell.
