Charles 'Charlie' Weiss is a brilliant, geeky NYPD bomb sqaud officer who investigates the bombs that Simon Gruber is using. He is one of the three tritagonists of the third film, the other two being Joe Lambert and Walter Cobb. Charlie arrived with a small suitcase carrying a unique bomb that was found in the playground in Chinatown.
