Poe has 15 years of experience in propane operations management with both Titan Propane and AmeriGas Propane successfully managing budgets exceeding $2 million.

Responsible for implementation of policies set by the commissioners as well as annual goals and objectives, and financial, program, and administrative management of the MPSC. Conducting propane safety inspections primarily in southern Missouri is Mr. Patten's main job function.
