2011年7月7日 · The DPMS Oracle is a pretty well balanced kit already. For "bullet proof", that little rubber o-ring that goes round the extractor spring in your bolt is the only thing I can think of that is "missing". DPMS bolts are pretty nice and once propperly broken in and lubed, they run well. Maybe have them NP3 coated or hard chromed.

2013年6月11日 · I just picked up a dpms oracle plane jane version without any sights. I'm looking at either putting a different gas block on the front (with fixed sight on it) or getting a set of magpul mbus sights or similar. My question is that the rail on the gas block on the front of the gun is not in the same plane as the rail on the top of the receiver.

2013年2月8日 · Just make sure the front sight (closed or down) is high enough to clear the DPMS Oracle handguard, which is higher than other standard carbine handguards. Called Troy and DPMS and they both said this Troy front BUIS would not work. Went to Cabellas... got the sight off the shelf. A cool gun associate and I put it on one of thier DPMS Oracle rifles.

2015年1月3日 · New to the AR platform but not firearms so pardon my ignorance if this is a stupid question. I just purchased a DPMS 5.56 Oracle RFA3-OC which has the short pictinny railed gas block not the A2 fixed front sight gas block.

2014年4月16日 · DPMS doesn't use mil spec parts. While its not a huge deal, but Ive seen many times where upgrading a DPMS oracle just didn't work Just look on palmetto state armory's website periodically because you can pick up some wicked deals and be at the price and maybe less of any DPMS.

2012年8月14日 · every DPMS rifle i have owned has also been better then MOA in accuracy. my DPMS SASS in .308 would shoot 3/4in 10 shot groups at 100. my DPMS REPR in .260rem with a 24in Kreiger bbl will shoot sub 1/4moa my 308 platform rifles get less dirty then my 5.56 DPMS rifles, but I have never had any issues.

2018年3月9日 · Hey guys, new to the forum. I recently picked up a DPMS oracle and I have the Magpul MBUS sights. I need to know what size of riser is needed for the front gas block to be level with the rear sight. This has probably been answered, but I haven't been able to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks fellas.
