Used 1gram of Champagne yeast, 1 oz Priming sugar..Shot for 2.4 volumes of carbonation, but the tapered corks I used seemed to leak out the CO2, resulting in flat lambic. Good flavour, drank them all anyway! 3.) Racked 1 Gallon onto 1.25lb cherries. Left for 3 months. Bottled using 2 gram Champagne yeast, 1.7 oz Priming sugar.
