thanks! this worked for me. For anyone else, i was able to do this via the CVS Pharmacy mobile app (using iPhone). First, download the app from the App Store and log into your CVS account. Once you log in to your account, you tap on the ACCOUNT icon at the bottom of the screen, and under ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, you'll see an option labeled INSURANCE.

Once that's done you see the following message: "It may take up to 45 days to finish deleting your account and personal information. CVS Pharmacy® may retain certain personal information, as permitted by law.

I've called every department at CVS corporate and I have spoken to 3 different local pharmacies. The local pharmacies tell me to call customer service, customer service tells me I have to talk to the local pharmacy.

2023年7月28日 · In your account settings, don't go to "Personal info" or "Sign in and security." Instead, scroll down a bit to "CVS communications" and go to "Pharmacy messaging and alerts." You should be able to update the phone number that receives pharmacy notifications there, which for some reason is separate from the home phone you set in your main profile.

If your prescriptions are filled through Caremark that means they fill them somewhere and then mail them to your house. Completely separate systems. We cannot see Caremark data/information on the CVS computers.

2022年2月8日 · The chat told me to call PAYROLL in HR to get it resolved lol. The woman I got in payroll insisted I had to go to a store to unlock my account. This was WRONG. Someone in IT told me my account was actually not locked and I just had to "clear my cache" or use another web browser (hahahahaha), which was also obviously wrong.

2023年7月15日 · In my CVS account all phone numbers referenced are mine. But when I login and have to send a code to either my email or phone, the phone number the code goes to is not mine, it’s my dad’s (I’m nearly 24 now and he hasn’t managed my prescriptions for years).

2023年1月29日 · They can unlink it on their CVS account on the app. I had an employee with two extra care accounts and they wanted to merge them. 1-800 shop cvs couldn’t help and neither could a SM. The only way to fix it was to unlink the wrong account online and then add the correct extra care account to their online account:
