CSX 6399 A derated ex RF&P GP40-2 sits beside the exACL depot in Orangeburg, SC. The lack of dynamic brakes is the biggest give away of this units heritage.

What we have here is an ex RF&P GP40-2, their 147 and now CSX 6399. What's interesting in the shot is the large RFP Logo on the long hood and an even smaller decal under the cab.
