Der Förderschwerpunkt von CO³ ist die Unterstützung junger, noch unbekannter Künstler*innen im Spannungsfeld zwischen Diversität und Transkulturalität. Gegründet wurde CO³ im Januar 2021 von Leila Cheraghi, Finanzanalystin, Kölnerin mit iranischen Wurzeln und passionierte Kunstliebhaberin.
