HeartSee™ – We Are Cardiac Pet®
HeartSee™ Software for cardiac positron emission tomography (PET) is indicated for determining regional and global absolute rest and stress myocardial perfusion in cc/min/g, Coronary Flow Reserve and their combination into the Coronary Flow Capacity (CFC) Map in patients with suspected or known coronary artery disease (CAD) in order to assist ...
Indicators of abnormal PET coronary flow capacity in detecting …
Coronary flow capacity (CFC) categorizes severity of left ventricular (LV) ischemia by PET myocardial blood flow (MBF). Our objective was to correlate abnormal CFC with other indicators of regional ischemia. Data were examined retrospectively for 231 patients evaluated for known/suspected CAD who un …

PET Stress Testing with Coronary Flow Capacity in the ... - PubMed
2021年3月24日 · The purpose of this review is to demonstrate, via case illustrations, the benefits offered by cardiac positron-emission tomography (PET) stress testing with coronary flow capacity (CFC) in the evaluation and treatment of patients with left ventricular (LV) dysfunction and CAD.
PET Stress Testing with Coronary Flow Capacity in the Evaluation …
This article briefly reviews the status quo, as well as the principles of CFC, and how it differs from simple PET with absolute flow metrics in the typical 17-segment model. Finally, through a series of cases, we illustrate the principles for using PET with CFC to select patients with LV dysfunction for revascularization. The Status Quo
Mortality Prediction by Quantitative PET Perfusion Expressed as ...
CFC is associated with the size-dependent highest mortality risk resulting from the additive risk of CFR and stress (ml/min/g) that is significantly reduced after revascularization, a finding not seen for global CFR.
Coronary flow capacity: concept, promises, and challenges
2017年3月28日 · CFC was developed from positron emission tomography, and was subsequently extrapolated to invasive coronary physiology. These studies suggest that CFC is a robust framework for the identification of clinically relevant coronary flow abnormalities, and improves identification of patients at risk for adverse events over the use of CFR alone.

Quantitative PET Perfusion Imaging: How to Interpret the Results?∗
2021年5月1日 · In this study, global and regional rest-stress absolute myocardial perfusion and coronary flow reserve were measured using 82 rubidium PET in 5,274 patients, and CFC was defined. Patients were followed up for 4.2 ± 2.5 years for all-cause mortality.
EFFECT OF REVASCULARIZATION VERSUS OPTIMAL MEDICAL …
2023年3月4日 · Coronary flow capacity (CFC) derived from positron emission tomography (PET) myocardial perfusion imaging quantifies the atherosclerotic burden of the entire coronary vasculature and predicts mortality by combining coronary flow reserve with absolute stress flow.
