Located in the heart of Jounieh, the campus consists of 7 buildings with courts, gardens, a football pitch and the building that is the host of Club Central. CCJ is still one of top schools of Lebanon, alongside the Collège Saint Joseph and SABIS. It is accredited by the French Ministry of Education and has the status of "école homologuée".

In addition to the American program, CCJ adopts the French Baccalaureate system (Bacc. Français) from Kindergarten to Secondary School. This system is obligatory till Grade 9.

Central College is one of the main pillars of the Lebanese Maronite Order, which has in its historical background three hundred years of educational traditions for the service of the Lebanese citizens. CCJ is an institution that is inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ and the principles of His Disciples.

Central College is a Catholic, K-12, Co-educational school, comprising two sections: English and French. Cycle Lycée (2nde, 1ère, and Terminale with four branches: Literature and Humanities, General Sciences, Life Sciences, and Sociology and Economics). The Lebanese program and the “French Baccalaureate” program are followed in the French Section.
