The surpressor does not affect recoil. Ignore the first guy. The extended barrel only reduces the damage drop-off over range. It is never worth using unless it's the only one that the gun can use. Before the 54 mb patch of a few days ago Buck C8 recoil was a bit less than usual with a suppressor, but nowadays it's fixed.
