2011年7月17日 · In my area there can be an F1 Braford,which can be any one of a mutitude of colors. Generally the tiger stripe is the most desirable but red baldies are very common. Braford is used to distinguish it from the F1 Brangus or any other F1 cross. There can also be a tigerstripe that is not an F1 Braford.

2015年4月27日 · Welcome to the forum. The information in your second paragraph is correct, except it's Braford, not Bradford. And technically tiger stripe is the color pattern. Although Brahman - Hereford F1's are usually tiger striped, with varying amounts of white on their faces, they aren't always.

2010年6月27日 · The closest I have had to that is braford cross cows and a 3/4 beefmaster cross bull. The calves were thick and they weaned at 500 lbs-600lbs. But they were out of first calvers. I had some that I was going to keep to try and make mommas out of, but I had to sell them before winter. I am not sure how actual braford cows and a beefmaster would do.

I have been around all 3 and the Beefmaster and Simbrah have always seemed to produce better calves. If you want to with the Beefmaster and Simbrah you can get a black bull to put on your angus cows.
