2024年6月10日 · Unlike the limb clamp style vise, I can move the bow to any angle I want with no interference. The entire setup is mobile if needed. The press w/ vise is mounted to a LCA wheeled stand, and I made a custom arrow saw mount out of 1/8” steel flat strap which is bolted to the backside of the LCA stand.

2023年7月5日 · A piece of 5/16-24 threaded rod and a standard vise is the cheapest you can go. Remove front stabilizer, screw in threaded rod, lock in vise, work on bow. 2024年12月22日 · I have the spewingjason vise (guy on here makes them), it holds the bow by the stabilizer hole or stabilizer barrel, can get bench mount or tripod mount, it's under $100. OMP makes wide limb vise as well that works for today's bows, that's up there in price like the BAP.

2020年1月23日 · That's pretty funny, I use the same vise, but flip it over. So the "vise" is now the clamp and the "clamp" becomes the vise. 2 minutes to holesaw a clamp piece and 5 to bore it in the lathe. Made one for a buddy as well. Complete with a fancy wood base. If you have a local Menards, you can get the vise for ~18. Wait for a sale and it's even less.
