2009年5月21日 · You can buy buffalo roasts, t-bones, short ribs and ground meat at Bubbas burger shack (west park and rice). They make the best buffalo burger in town- in my opinion- and when I asked them where I could buy meat I was pleased to find they sell it themselves. I remember the price to be surprisingly fair.

The herd grazes on various species of grama grass, tobosa, sagebrush, prickly pear, and saltbush. As for flavor, it is distinct from from beef, but not as different as lamb.
