Yeah, Google doesn't hallucinate at least. A friend of mine is a professional translator and showed me his work with chatGPT. It was clear that chatgpt3.5 is good for technical translations, like manuals, but doesn't handle narrative styles. chatGPT 4 is good with translation of novels, but it add a lot of elements unexpectedly, so you must be fluent in both languages and

Don't be fooled by DeepL's superior grammar structure. In practice, it's marginally better than Google TL at best and is very often much worse than Google. It assumes the context to such ridiculous degrees that you can get incredibly wrong sentences.

I love Edge and its better than chrome on almost everything, but only thing I dont like is the the built in Microsoft translator.
