Thanks for the additional information, yeah abbor I noticed the DFSBL wasn't included in the review. As much as I like what I'm hearing about P66 after looking at the specs and a photo, that transducer is huge (compared to the Skimmer)! Not that there is anything wrong with that, but on my small jet ski transom it may look like overkill.

2022年7月26日 · Built for different reasons. I think it's fair to say if you're going to use a jet ski in the ocean you would pick a jet ski built for the ocean. Or if you want a stable jet ski you'll pick a stable jet ski. A heavy 1000 lb 300 horsepower supercharged intercooled ocean rated jet ski will be far more stable than a small little one.

My Princecraft 17' 5" ski/fish, aluminum boat is a little too heavy in the stern now that I've added a tilt kicker (120 lbs) and I'm slow out of the hole. Any suggestions appreciated. Tabman

Step 4 is to mix and apply the gel coat per the instructions on the back of the patch paste kit. You may need to apply in two coats (letting the first one cure before applying the 2nd coat) if the damage is deep.

There is not maintenance. It is a shaft that connects to the fly wheel, a U joint, has an impeller mounted on th shaft, a front bearing that is in a oil bath, and a rear water cooled/lubed bushing. Nothing to go wrong except sucking up a ski rope or weeds into the impeller. The only bad thing is that reverse is almost non existent with a jet drive.
