2019年11月11日 · Looking to get some opinions on the best IFAK pouch (pouch only, I can get contents relatively inexpensively). The plan is to carry the kit on my belt. I have an AWS and planning to carry a doubly pistol KYWI, one or two AR mag KYWIs, holster and knife on belt. I could put it on vest if that’s the smarter option.

2021年5月28日 · IFAK is not the end-all of trauma care, it's only the start of it. It's essentially just a bleeder kit and is great for penetration wounds or cuts, but there is a whole host of other medical issues that can happen in the field that your IFAK isn't great at addressing.

I have NOT used this before and don't personally know anyone who has, but wanted to throw it out there as an option because I didn't really see this IFAK mentioned much if at all throughout the internet.

2020年9月28日 · Thinking of buying a stocked MediTac Premium IFAK Kit from Amazon for a 72 hour Go Bag, and breaking the contents out into a High Speed Gear Pouch for range days as needed. What are you medical / trauma kit recommendations for 2 people in a go bag vs. portable (ie belt) IFAK? Can you stock one with the other, etc? Lets say Im keeping it to Amazon.

2024年10月11日 · A full size IFAK is usually kinda big, most people find them best mounted to a vest/chest rig. If you find yourself living in kit regularly, what a lot of guys find themselves doing is scaling their gear, so they have a bleeder kit on the belt, mount the rest on their armor; extra bandages, bulkier adjuncts, etc in a bag.
