The Water Services Division operates and maintains the city's water reservoirs, pump stations, and water mains to deliver the highest quality drinkable water to our customers. Belton Honea Path Water Authority prides itself as a reliable provider of clean, safe water. We are a community water system that provides water to the City of Belton, Town of Honea Path, Donalds-Due West Water Authority, Broadway Water and over 800 customers on our own distribution system.

The district pulls water from Lake Belton and processes it at a treatment plant by the lake. Water is transmitted from the plant via waterlines, booster stations, and elevated storage tanks.
