I have everything you need, jingle dress, flute, drums etc. I even went into a creative world and used 20 wind chimes and 10 drums but couldn't summon him still. Since you're in creative, there is a Baykok spawn egg. There are a lot of spawn eggs in Sevtech so it will take some time to find it. It'll be with the Buffalo and Bald Eagle spawn eggs. You could just use that.

2021年1月4日 · Started this modpack for the first time with a friend a few days ago. We have two advancements left for the first age (idk if it's technically age 0 or age 1), making the melter and killing Baykok. The completionist in me wants to finish the Baykok achievement before moving to the next age, but summoning him at this stage seems near impossible.
