After completing the online paperwork, call Counseling and Psychological Services at 801-422-3035, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. to discuss your therapy options. Your options are as follows: You may set an appointment for a one-time consultation with a psychologist

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) can provide a brief course of weekly individual psychotherapy for BYU students who have at least three-quarter-time status. If needed, a student may receive a short course of individual therapy each academic year.

What is CAPS? Counseling and Psychological Services, a division of the Counseling and Career Center, provides individual, group and couples therapy for eligible students who are struggling with mental health, emotional, or behavioral struggles.
