Having been pressured into signing up for the Halo 900 when the previous contact can to an end, then having delays and complications getting it going (due to an on going bt/openreach mistake with our address) which took us past the cooling off 14 days, we now have it but can't get anywhere near 900mbps download speed.

2025年3月10日 · My contract with BT ends in a few weeks. On my 'deals' page it's offering to renew Halo 3 at the same monthly price (£43). The main benefit of Halo for me was a data backup in the event of a fault, but I now have unlimited data on my phone which I could tether to if I had an issue with my broadband, so I no longer need Halo.

2023年10月27日 · Halo 3 and Halo 3+ are different things. Halo 3+ provides a Hybrid Connect device whereas Halo 3 doesn't. As @Anonymous has said, it is impossible to give a price for the benefits as they come as part of a package and are not itemised. Having Halo 3+ will definitely be more expensive than either Halo 3 or no Halo.

I'd recommend giving the factory reset @licquorice recommended a try on your current hub, but if you still feel the Smart Hub 2 will be the best way forwards, then if you give them a call we'll be able to look through all of your options.

2024年3月25日 · I have had the BT Wifi Disc for over a year now with no issues but this morning when I switched it on the light went from purple to flashing red. I rebooted it - no luck. I have also re-connected it to the hub via an ethernet cable and it stays blue whilst it is plugged into it but as soon as I take it off the hub it just keeps flashing red.
