This summary of activities and achievements of the Advanced Technology Education (ATE) program is based on the 2021 ATE Survey. Principal investigators for 91% of ATE grants (n=313, out of a total of 344 active ATE grants) completed the survey.

Applied Thermal Engineering disseminates novel research related to the design, development and demonstration of components, devices, equipment, technologies, systems and, in general, solutions involving thermal processes for the production, storage, utilization, management and conservation of energy, with a focus on engineering application.

For a hundred and five years, ATE has provided a platform—an association—for educators who train educators to become empowered leaders that extend compassion and consideration, transform lives, advocate for the profession, understand and embrace differences, and cultivate and improve their practices in the classroom.
