FM provides services for campus grounds, infrastructure, and building components, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, heating, ventilating and air conditioning. FM oversees building automation systems in keeping with state and federal energy mandates, manages custodial business partners, and performs minor renovations.

The new Tempe campus academic and office space is located just west of the new Mill Avenue Parking Structure and sets the western edge of the Tempe campus along Mill Avenue. The five-story building houses various programs from the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts including, music, music therapy, art, animation and photography.

Opened in spring 1991, the three-story University Center Building is the center of campus life and houses Financial Aid and Scholarship Services, ASU Health Services, the Multicultural Communities of Excellence Space, the Pat Tillman Veterans Center and Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services

Old Main is the oldest building on campus and the first building in Tempe to be wired for electric lighting. The Victorian structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Constructed before Arizona achieved statehood, Old Main represents a rich tradition for ASU and the state. It has been refurbished to period standards, and is now home to the ASU Alumni Association.

2025年1月14日 · New buildings on the Tempe and West Valley campuses have sprouted up as Facilities Development and Management and its industry partners work to enhance ASU’s built environment. In addition to the new structures, upgrades were made to outdoor spaces, classrooms and labs.
