Aśmaka or Assaka was a Mahajanapada in ancient India which existed between 700 BCE and 425 or 345 BCE according to the Buddhist texts and Puranas. It included areas in present-day Telangana , Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh .

Aśmaka (Skt. अश्मक), or Pali Assaka, was a kingdom among the 16 Mahajanapadas mentioned in Buddhist literature, in inscriptions including the Ajāntā Caves, and in Sanskrit epic and Purānic literature. [1] All other kingdoms were in the north, from Anga to Gandhara.

The capital of Assaka was thought to be located at Pratisthan or Paithan in Maharashtra or Potana or Potali, which roughly corresponds to Bodhan in Telangana.

The Assaka Mahajanapada. Ashmaka (अश्मक) was a region of ancient India (700–300 BCE) mentioned in Ashtadhyayi of Panini as janapada Aśhmaka (अश्मक) (IV.1.173). It was one of the sixteen mahajanapadas in the 6th century BCE, mentioned in the Buddhist text Anguttara Nikaya. They fought Mahabharata War in Pandava's side.

2021年1月25日 · my thoughts on the fight:Okay, this fight is SO much better than the last one. first I'll list the only big downside, the attacks are still kind of boring. but that's it. as for the good sides, THE MUSIC MY GOD. while the first one is pretty good, the track that plays when assaka appears is incredible.
