Based on that date there is a “market place” that opens up for most MOSes. You then make your choices and branch takes it and wipes their ass with it and you get Polk or irwin. 2021年5月3日 · Do yourself a favor and ask your branch/talent manager what your MOP score is. If you don’t know what the MOP tool is it is pretty much what factors who gets priority in the marketplace. 1 being the lowest and 5 being the best. It takes a formula of key words of senior rater comments and assignment history and spits out a score of quality.
