Hi! I spent hours finding the download link for latest version of Application Loader. So far there is no proper link to download latest build, all I can see is v3.0 from App Submission page.

Hi AmitG. I'm having exactly the same problem. Uploading through Application Loader 3.0 goes great, I receive an email from Apple, telling me that the upload processed well, but yet it isn't visible in iTunes Connect.
