Meaning, they saved MUCH time and effort and were able to focus on what viewers actually want to see. Manga elitists will probably say crap like “you only watch it for the animation but the plot is what you SHOULD stay for.”

2021年1月18日 · But to be honest right now, the amount of CGI made me really lose my touch with AOT. Reiner's CGI was good, the beast titan's CGI was in my opinion horrible to look at. And now eren and the warhammer titans fight in CGI, especially the latter one being a frame dropping slender man really hit it.

2021年3月19日 · CGI stands for Computer Generated Imagery, which generally refers to 3D animation. Attack on Titan is, for the most part, animated in 2D. But the Titans in later seasons are rendered in 3D CGI, and they clash with everything else as a result. There are ugly 3D giants roaming around, sharing a space with 2D characters and environments.

2021年2月11日 · I don't think that it is cost cutting method in AoT (i heard that cgi may actually more expensive) but instead a way to finish the anime in the time that they are given, they were given 7-8 months to finish 16 episodes of AoT, and there are more titans in season 4 than any other season, titans take much more time to do in 2d than normal humans ...
