But whoever is ill or on a journey, then ˹let them fast˺ an equal number of days ˹after Ramaḍân˺. Surat Al-Baqarah ayat 185: Allah mengabarkan bahwasannya bulan ramadhan adalah bulan yang diturunkan padanya Al-Qur’an.

Surat Al-Baqarah [verse 185] - The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days.

Yakni dari Al Lauhul Mahfuzh ke langit dunia di malam Lailatul Qadr. Yakni dalam keadaan sehat dan tidak safar. Ayat ini menunjukkan bahwa semua perintah Allah kepada hamba-hamba-Nya pada asalnya adalah mudah.
