At 26 lines long, it is the longest cuneiform inscription ever found in the country. The inscription was carved on a basalt rock face in Al Hait, the ancient city of Fadak, in the Hail region.

Al Hait oasis is an archaeological area located in the Ha’il Region of northern Saudi Arabia. The area's importance extends far back into early human history, and it is famous the numerous pendants and keyholes shapes of various sizes found there, often laid out in parallel within densely concentrated areas.
