Erin Victoria Phillips OAM (born 19 May 1985) is an Australian sportswoman who plays basketball and formerly played Australian rules football. She played nine seasons in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) for five different teams and is a two-time WNBA champion.

Widely hailed as one of Australia’s best athletes and the AFLW’s most decorated player, Erin Phillips joins Port Adelaide as the club’s inaugural AFLW signing. Prior to her footballing career Phillips played nine seasons in the WNBA – winning two championships and an Olympic silver medal for the Opals in that time.

The two-time WNBA champion and Olympic basketballer made an equally successful transition to football, claiming the AFLW Best and Fairest, AFL Players’ Association MVP and the Crows’ Club Champion award in the inaugural season.
