2016年4月4日 · I run Howell EFI on my fuel injected AMC 401 V8. It runs perfect. You should be able to take your 360 to any Chevy dealer and plug in the Tech1 scanner (which is obsolete, by today's standard) and do a complete diagnosis of your system. If I had to guess, either you have a too large throttle body, or, O2 isn't working, or Temp sender is bad.
