Landmark East is a twin tower development located in the Kwun Tong district of Hong Kong. Arquitectonica designed this structure using floor plates varying in size between towers, providing maximum flexibility for leasing. Tower one comprises 43 stories with 36 leasable office floors.

AIA Kowloon Tower Landmark East is located on 100 How Ming Street, the heart of the central business of Kwun Tong, with a total of about 820,000 square feet of space. This 34-storey building was built in 2008 and offers 28100 square foot office floor plates. The shared 35,000 square foot landscaped garden offer a place for workers to relax.
