2003年2月8日 · Although this particular article was not written for or about the A4LD, the trannie referenced is a kissing cousin of a transmission (in a way) and was written by a FORD engineer. I did not follow Glacier991’s directions to the T but rather used it as a guide. If you are looking to rebuild your trans to better than factory specifications and have a long lasting reliable transmission, then follow all of his steps.

2004年2月15日 · Wow, those are more than annoyances!! The A4LD is the single worst transmission out there. They are notorious for failing well before 100,000 miles even with proper maintenance. It sounds to me like you're having valve body problems. The first place to start would be with a proper tranny flush, filter replacement, and new fluid.
