It seemed alright at first, until I found out that the new Windows 10 is only detecting 8 GB of installed Ram when I actually have 16 installed. But it keeps telling me I have only 8 GB installed. My pc that has 8gb ram installed can only use up to 3.4gb of ram when not so long ago it can use up to 6gb of ram (which I think is normal based on some research).

I have followed all posted instructions and nothing works to reduce the RAM reserved for hardware.
