SNx4HC08 Quadruple 2-Input AND Gates datasheet (Rev
The SN74HC08 can drive a load with a total capacitance less than or equal to the maximum load listed in the Electrical Characteristics - 74 connected to a high-impedance CMOS input while still meeting all of the datasheet specifications. Larger capacitive loads can be applied, however it is not recommended to exceed the provided load value.
74HC08PW (Quad 2-input AND gate) - Nexperia
74HC08PW - The 74HC08; 74HCT08 is a quad 2-input AND gate. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.
