Why do pros use 500 hz over 1000 hz? : r/MouseReview - Reddit
2021年10月24日 · As you can see from the individual swipe data, this is because the instantaneous polling rate would tend to hit 1000 Hz, bobble down to 500 Hz, then hit 1000 Hz again and stay steady afterwards. This is what I believe gives 1000 Hz what I had previously that was the more 'raw' feel in twitch aiming, as I thought it was simply the less-averaged ...
500 or 1000 Polling rate : r/FPSAimTrainer - Reddit
2022年9月18日 · 1000hz is objectively better in any way. Your mouse will refresh its location 1000 times per second vs 500 Hz, in which he will refresh its location 500 times. After looking at prosettings.net and analyzing the top 100 Valorant players in the table, I have found that 99 of them use 1000hz and only one uses 500.
Can somebody explain why I play so much better with 500hz
2021年9月19日 · I play RTS and better with 500 Hz or even lower. The reason for my case is that when I click to use some item or skill while I move the mouse very fast, with 1000 Hz, it often becomes “drag”, then I miss the click. But with lower polling rates, it is …

Why I prefer playing at 500hz on most mice (Post sparked by u
2020年7月10日 · Using 1000 hz with small finger movements, I'm still getting over 500 (seeing roughly 500-800). So even though it's not consistently at 1000, my inputs should still be faster than if I were using 500. Though, I did really like using 500 Hz ever since I started PC gaming because it made me movements "straighter."
Does mouse polling rate matter much? : r/MouseReview - Reddit
If you really wanted to test it you would have to use mouse tester on your system to see if 1000 or 500 hz is more consistent. Why some pros used or still used 500 hz was because especially back in the day 500hz would poll at a consistent interval while 1000hz would poll at more of a variance interval on certain systems and monitors.

500Hz IPS or 360Hz QD-OLED?? HELP!! - Reddit
It’s difficult to compare Hz between OLED and IPS due to how OLED respond near enough instantly. Without proper in-depth reviews of both monitors by the same reviewer it is difficult to compare.
