Personally grinding khan academy can be incredibly useful to get to that point, but it has diminishing returns and you might not get a holistic understanding of the topic(esp for lvl 5 maths) from the answer explanation.

Congrats on the 1400! I don't think retaking the SAT for the 4th time is gonna impact your score too much either way, but I would consider taking the ACT. Some people are more geared towards it, and my friends generally seem to think that it's easier to score higher on the ACT.

AOs will not assume anything if you go test optional. maybe wait around until other people give advice tho
