Unlikely, since 049's mask is reported to be a part of its body. Of course, it's possible that 049's mask bonds in a different way than 035's. That being said, IIRC, there's at least one tale where 049 is directly asked about its mask being made of living, attached bone and sinew.

2021年5月1日 · No. Because 008 was released ot locked down heavy and the entrance zones. You'd have to go to security in light containment to unlock heavy, but doing so causes 049 to spawn. But using 106's pocket dimension as a shortcut causes heavy to unlock. You'd have to contain 008 to unlock the entrance zone.

I just got to the surveillance room and 049 has been trying to cure me. :( I know how his code works, and he teleports, but is there anyway to momentarily confuse him or lose him ? Even if only for a few seconds.
