2004年1月1日 · Out of the hundreds if not thousands of boats we have had apart NOT ONE boat has had marine grade plywood in the floor. The only place I have ever seen true marine grade used on a boat is on wooden bench seats such as those found on the more basic Lund models and in some cased on the dash panels on some older console style boats.

2014年4月1日 · FWIW, "marine plywood" is the same as exterior fir plywood except that the faces are nicer (A/A) so that they can be painted both be painted, and it will bend "fair", and the gaps in the interior plies are slightly smaller.

2006年2月20日 · This is a very simple project-don't waste your time and effort trying to buy a factory piece. As Cliff says, get some marine grade plywood and seal the hell out of it. Surely somewhere in MN you should be able to get marine ply. Three-quarter is perfect buy if you can only get 1/2 just use two pieces glued together with a good glue.

A B/C grade exterior plywood would probably be enough, just make sure you put a waterproof coating on the surface if you don't want it to rot. 2007年5月16日 · I used 3/4 inch marine grade, guaranteed for 100 years, plywood. man was that stuff spendy. $88 per 4x8 sheet. it took three sheets by the time I did everything. new bench tops up front, rear access doors for the battery, plug/bilge pump area/fuel tank area, and the side holding areas on either side of the boat.
