2009年2月22日 · I am roughing in a new bathroom. i am going to tap into the 3/4" water lines (PEX) running through the ceiling. What's the best way to do this. Shut off the main, cut the PEX and drain the water, install T fitting and then turn on water once work is complete. Will this method tell me if there are any leaks in my new work.

2011年1月16日 · Two 2 wire cables (4 counts) + a device (2 counts) + 1 ground = 7. Adding another 2 wire cable would take you to 9. #14 is 2 cubic inch per conductor, #12 = 2.25. Using #14 you could fit this all into a 18 cubic inch or larger box. This is assuming a single gang plastic box with no clamps.

2020年4月20日 · Here's the point at which I need to tap in. That may actually be a L/R connection there, but I can't tell from just looking at it. Unfortunately I can't simply tap off the bottom of that capped tee, as the new run of 3/4" pipe needs to basically continue off the main 1" line to be high enough to clear some stuff that's not visible in the photo.

2007年11月26日 · The other two are your black wire connections it doesn't matter which black wire or brass screw you connect your blacks from your new cables. Connect the 2 whites together in a wirenut. Some dimmers have wires to connect to and some use screws and some have a hole you connect into... don't let this confuse you.
