This is a simple walkthrough of the menu tree on for the Viki2 LCD Controller. These menu tree items are subject to change, so this article is intended be used as a general reference. To navigate the menu tree, you will need to both rotate the control knob clockwise and counter- clockwise, as well as depress the knob to select menu tree items.

2015年10月21日 · Unlike its predecessor, the Viki 2.0 also sports a new black faceplate and provides better visual indication of print conditions with new features like a dual-color LED ring around the knob. Some external resources may be helpful during the assembly process.

Viki 2.0 sports a 3" Graphic LCD with white pixels on black background, a micro SD card slot and rotary encoder with push switch. Connects via SPI. Dual color ring light to indicate heating or cooling of printer hotend or heatbed. Uses U8Glib Library for Arduino ( Marlin and Repetier), and natively supported in Smoothieware.

Each panel has a specific interface so we need to specify which panel we will be connecting. The currently supported panel types are reprap_discount_glcd, st7565_glcd, viki2, mini_viki2 and universal_adapter.

2019年5月29日 · When I upload Marlin 2.0 on my Panucatt Azteeg X5 Mini the viki2 LCD no longer works. The board and screen working fine in this configuration with smoothieware. Just load Marlin 2.0 on this board and LCD combination. Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen] the LCD to function similar to how it does in smoothieware.

2021年12月19日 · @sphyloid VIKI2 is 100% compatible. just need to wire it properly, call it in config.g and create the menus. Duet 2 SD and LCD port Pinouts ( For Reference ) Correct Pin Placements. VIKI2 Pinout ( For Reference ) Never found a place for the red and blue LEDs from what I read I do not think P5 the neopix pin will work for one of them.

2016年4月17日 · The Viki 2.0 connects to the Smoothieboard rather easily, the hardest part is just soldering on the new header pins and connecting the harness which isn’t that bad. The example config for the Viki 2.0 and 5X board worked perfect for me. The only two things you can’t connect from the Viki is the red button and the blue LED.

2015年6月24日 · The Viki2 is supported on the current Marlin firmware, you will need to enable it in Configuration.h and download and install the LiquidTWI2 libraries for Arduino. I don't have a Viki so I can't help anymore than this.
