Equipping this weapon adds a boost meter in the bottom left corner of the screen. You spawn with it empty, which makes you run 10% slower than a Scout with the Scattergun.

In my humble opinion, the best feature of the BFB is the ability to run faster. Just as the soda popper increases scout's jumping power, the BFB makes scout faster. That may not seem very good but think about it. Scout's best feature is not his shotgun but his speed.

2021年5月21日 · In a pub setting, many things are viable, even if there are objectively better strats. In high level play, the downsides make it pretty unviable but pubs aren't that. You can do very well with it in a pub and I find it very fun. BFB is my favorite scattergun but stock is just better. As others have said: it’s just being outshone by other guns.
