The OAD Survey (Organization Analysis and Design) is an adjective-based organization diagnostic, selection, and development instrument comprising two matched questionnaires. Each questionnaire contains 110 identical adjectives. For the first set of 110 adjectives, respondents are asked to check those words which best describe themselves.
