WPCV – WAFER POPPET CHECK VALVE The WPCV check valve has a spring assisted poppet and a robust design suitable for a wide range of process applications. PFA, PTFE & Hastel loy to all wetted parts ensures long, high cycle performance.

The FPCV check valve is made with a PFA lined cast steel body (for ASME 150 1″ -4″), and also features a glass filled PTFE poppet, which can be located with a Hastelloy spring on the PFA seat. The FPCV valve is very similar to the WPCV valve, but instead of having a wafer pattern, has flanges to connect to mating pipework.

The WPCV is a wafer style non-return valve used to allow fluid to flow in only one direction whilst preventing flow in the other.
