Feb 15, 2015 · Putting a blanket under the car is not going to keep or make the car warm. As long as the engine is under the hood, completely exposed to the cold air, putting a blanket over the top of the hood is just a feel good thing to do.

Likewise, I could think of nowhere in Europe that has the dry continental climate of Denver, or warm humid subtropical climate of somewhere like Atlanta, GA or New Orleans.

Mar 19, 2025 · That's why I loved Spring 2010. It warmed up early and stayed warm leading to and incredibly early blooming season and the warmest April on record for Toronto. There was no frost that month in the GTA and daytime highs were above 10C almost every day. The best part is that it stayed warm right into Summer and Fall of that year as well.
