[Anime] Do you prefer the anime or manga portrayal? Why?
2020年5月21日 · The biggest issue: pacing. Vinland manga has super tight and relatively fast pacing. But the anime is considered a slow burn. And that's not a good thing since the slow burn is not necessary for the story as we see in the manga. The reasonable (standard) amount of episodes for the page count of Vinland saga is about 20 (80 pages per episode).

2020年11月2日 · Of course there are different opinions but the anime is very inconsistent in quality , some scenes are adapted perfectly , while others are a slog and bring down the material and ruined the intended pacing (and now people call the VS anime a slow burn while vinland saga is nowhere near that).
