Jul 17, 2020 · Actually the iball pen (I think) doesn't require a Bluetooth connection . So may be not appearing in the deice list in device printer section of control panel. The manufacturer is not responding due to pandemic. I think it's a driver problem that was not updated in the 2004 update .
