2023年3月9日 · Go to any route that has one of the houses you have to pass through to get to the route. Go out of the house and check the map to see if the legendary is on route. If legendary isn't on route, enter then exit house again. Repeat until legendary is on route. I did this and caught all of the roaming legendary pokemon within 30 minutes.

However in the anime legendary Pokemon are really just rare rather than unique. Most appear multiple times if you count movies as canon. 2 different Mewtwo appear in 2 different movies. Darkrai appears 3 times during the DP anime (its movie, an episode and then later with Tobias).

In a world like Pokemon where the extraordinary is ordinary, something standing out needs to be really damn extraordinary. That's why Pokemon myths and legends need Legendary Pokemon. Because myths are used to explain the unexplained, legends are stories outside the realm of possibility, with larger than life characters.

I play on a server with a hand full of very active players and as far as I know I'm the only one who managed to find a legendary. I have no idea what the spawn rates are. Or if the biome is relevant.
