Sep 19, 2023 · iPad Wallpaper can be set from WallPaper Settings and from the lock screen. Custom Wallpaper can only be removed from the iPadOS 17 Lock Screen. To delete from the Lock Screen - while the iPad is at the unlocked Lock Screen - touch and hold to expose the Wallpaper selection page.

It takes about 2 seconds for the wallpaper to adjust. My iPad has the latest updates, btw. So, have you experienced this issue as well, or might there be a problem with my device?
